briefCASE is a mini-workshop modeled after the American Association for the Advancement of Science's (AAAS) Catalyzing Advocacy in Science and Engineering (CASE) workshop.

The workshop will give an overview of how best talk to legislators and their staff, specifically about  advocating for science funding. Anyone who wishes to know more about how we as citizens can affect policy would get useful information out of it. Our goal is to provide concise, effective methods on how to convey difficult concepts to legislators, whether on the Hill, or in a local office.
